At Taylor Tax Strategy, we utilize Stripe® as our payment processor for all credit card & ACH transactions. This policy outlines our delivery process and the guidelines for refunds related to services purchased through our company.

Terminology

  • Client, You, and Your: Refers to you, the individual accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • Company, Ourselves, We, Our, and Us: Refers to Taylor Tax Strategy.
  • Party or Parties: Refers to both the Client and Taylor Tax Strategy collectively.

Fulfillment Policy

At Taylor Tax Strategy, customer satisfaction is paramount. This Policy informs you about our service delivery, refund conditions, and associated processes. All services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Service Delivery

  • Taylor Tax Strategy provides tax strategies, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services primarily through electronic communication methods, including email, video conferencing, and telephonic consultations, as per the client’s request.
  • All services are tailored to meet the specific needs outlined in your scope of work based off package & service(s) selected.

Refunds

At Taylor Tax Strategy, we strive to provide exceptional service and value to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, the process for requesting a refund, and the terms and conditions that apply.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered:

  • If Taylor Tax Strategy fails to deliver the service as agreed upon in the signed contract or service agreement, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.

Early Termination of Service:

  • If a client decides to terminate the service before it has been fully delivered, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the date of termination. Any non-refundable deposits or fees outlined in the contract will be deducted from the refund amount.

Overpayment:

  • If an overpayment is made due to a processing error or duplicate payment, the overpaid amount will be refunded upon request.

Dissatisfaction with Service:

  • If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify Taylor Tax Strategy within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work to address the issue and, if the situation warrants it, may offer a partial or full refund. However, dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund, especially if the service was delivered as agreed upon.
Exceptions:

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

  • No refund will be granted if you received the services as ordered but later changed your mind.
  • Refunds may be denied if you were informed of potential issues before purchasing the service.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the service but did not report issues within 7 days of receiving the service.

Return Policy

As our services are digital in nature, returns are not applicable. However, refunds may be issued under certain circumstances as detailed above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a contract has been signed with Taylor Tax Strategy, cancellations of service must be given at least 30 days in advance.

Project Abandonment

If, after multiple attempts by Taylor Tax Strategy to initiate or continue service, the Client becomes unresponsive for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, the project may be considered abandoned. In such cases, any refund due may be reduced to zero, and the Client agrees to forfeit any amounts paid.

Administrative Fee

All refunds, where applicable, are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

If you are dissatisfied with our services and believe you are eligible for a refund, please send an email to contact@taylortaxstrategy.com. We will review and respond to your complaint promptly. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
